It's a plain wrong answer.
Opera 3.5 (and 3.6) supports CSS1 very well (only Mozilla will compete) and doesn't support CSS2 at all.
OTH, NN and IE4 (and more so IE5) *do* support parts of CSS2, mainly the positioning parts.
