We are using IIS 4.0 Web server in a Winnt environment.
Our Web server is redirecting to another webserver which is also of the same environment.
In the second server we have 2 virtual directories say VR1 and VR2.
The main Webserver is redirecting to the VR1 Home page using the index.html(Using frames to hide URL).
From the Home page of VR1 Directory ..we are logging into another Virtual directory VR2 Home page.
Now everything is fine and the URL showing is the Main Servers URL..not VR1 or VR2...
Now everything is ok till IE5.5.
When we use IE6.0 .. the web page is redirecting to the VR1 home page with the URL hidden.
But then if I try to go to the VR2 directory..then it fails and keep refreshing the same home page.
Also this is resolved if we go by our IP address (ie) if we type the url of the VR1 home page ...its fine.
But we need to hide the URL from the Main web page.
Can you advice me in this problem please...
