Hi Martin, thanks again for the fantastic site. I think this site has to be the best collection of Javascript stuff there is, and way above anything else in organisation of the stuff as well.

The printing article though, there's some really twisted caveats to do with timing, I'm discovering more of these as I go on, and they are mainly to do with IE 4.01 threading. It seems if you close a popup window that you are printing too soon, you don't give it enough time to kick in the printing before you kill the thread and with it the print job .

MS have a couple of newer articles on this, maybe you might like to add links for others stuck trying to fix this too?

Hi there
I thoought the script on the "Q1457 Is is possible to have a JavaScript function open an HTML document in a new window and print it without the user having to do anything on the new window?" was very useful and it will get me out of a sticky situation, but the script doesn't seem to work with IE v4 the print
box doesn't appear is there a work round to make it work?
