Well, after a lot of experimenting, splicing, and grafting together various JavaScript and HTML techniques, I managed to figure it out myself. For anyone out there looking for something similar, you can use onLoad to refer to this script:

To keep this from asking for the password over and over and over again, you have to </body> after the onLoad, and put an anchor (the example's named "ThisComesLater") right before a second BODY tag.
