: : I received the following question on the HTML FAQ:
: : <quote>
: : I am in the process of creating a web site for a business I plan to open within the next couple of months. I am trying to put something on the site where next to a description of an item I can have the person click on a button/link to add that item to their order. I would like it where they can click on as many items as they want, adding that many to thier order. (sorta like the pages you see on the web that have a link (or form??) to "Add to shopping cart". Can you advise how to do this ? Or a manual that will explain how ? I have searched the web and cannot find anywhere that shows the script you enter for this.

: : Any help would be greatly appreciated,

: Janus,
: The questioner needs to search harder:
: http://www.webcrawler.com/cgi-bin/WebQuery?searchText=javascript+shopping+cart
On top of that, Matt's Script Archive offers a free shopping cart app that runs as a CGI program. The web is a big place. You can find most anything out there.
