: What is the best way to support realtime updates to graphic files?
: I need to take user entered text and apply that to a graphic file (template) which has a background graphic and text overlays on it. I then want to immediately display the new graphic for user review.
: Do I need to use a PostScript or Ghostscript - and if so, how?
: Thanks!
Depending on your webserver, you might want to take a look at a different approach - try using Flash (with Flash Generator) to do it. It can creat Flash animations on the fly based on information stored in a MSAccess database. Its currently available for Windows NT,and will (either now, or soon) be available for Solaris.
