: When you were over at No Content I downloaded your site and was able to use the search engine off-line which was quite handy. I now have downloaded your site from irt.org only to find that the search engine won't work off-line. Is this done on purpose or is therea way I can include the search engine feature with the downloaded file for off-line use? Thank you ,Bill

The new search engine uses a cgi script that searches a database of keywords extracted from the first paragraph of all the pages on irt.org.

The old search facility on No-Content was basically a small summary of all the articles held in an object array that contained a hand crafted keyword list.

I'll add it to the "To Do" list but it took a lot of work maintaining it.

An alternative is to load the list of all articles (articles/index.htm) and use the browsers inbuilt Edit|Find in Page function.
